two birds with one stone (none / 0)

I get so apprehensive watching the debates - I think I'll meditade for a 1/2 hour beforehand, sending positive messages to Kerry and chilling out myself. Nationwide prayer is a great idea. I was considering asking my friend for Xanax to take for election night, but meditation is better. Or maybe both.
My mother's an ex-nun. She prays for him every day.

  Yes, great idea on the prayer / focused intentions idea for the debate.
